Born in Spain in 1977, Fuzzhound moved to Melbourne with his family when he was one year old, and has since spent his life traveling back and forth between the two.
Growing up in Melbourne, he developed a love of art at a young age, being particularly drawn to cartoons, which he watched whilst eating Coco Pops in front of the TV after school everyday.
During High School Fuzzhound decided that he wanted to be a professional artist and upon finishing his studies, he moved back to Spain to pursue his art more seriously.
Fuzzhound has since established himself as an accomplished painter, illustrator and cartoonist, recently adding 2D animation to his repertoire, which has seen his characters bought to life in film clips.
Combining his art with his other great passion, music, Fuzzhound’s clientele primarily consists of underground Rock 'n' Roll bands from around the world, allowing him to channel his talents into designing record covers, posters, T-shirts, stickers and music videos.
Previously exhibiting in both his homeland of Spain and current base Melbourne, this will be Fuzzhound’s first time showcasing his work in Perth.
The exhibition will feature all new, one off pieces, with a limited edition Hole In The Wall T-shirt designed by Fuzzhound available from the gallery while stocks last.
The exhibition will launch from 6pm to 9pm, and will be available to view during Hole In The Wall Gallery’s opening hours until March 3, 2012.
